Four Day First Aid at Work Essex and Nationwide, HSE Approved Course
 

The First Aid at Work course is designed to train individuals and company staff who require HSE approved first aid at work training to meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (1981) Regulations.

This course will provide all the required first aid skills necessary to manage a patient who is not breathing normally, unconscious, bleeding, ill or injured prior to the arrival of the medical emergency services. It also covers other topics such as COSHH, RIDDOR and other first aid health and safety at work information.

The First Aid at Work course is designed to meet the requirements of the HSE Health and Safety at Work (1981) Regulations for First Aid in the Workplace.

The course is delivered over a minimum of 4 days and also meets the first aid requirements of the Department for Children, Schools and Families for First Aid in Schools.

There is a final closed book written examination and a practical assessment which once completed will provide the candidate with the First Aid Qualification which is HSE approved and is valid for three years.
