handling courses are available at our training
centre in Colchester Essex, onsite
at your premises or at a suitable location near you.
The Manual Handling Course is designed to provide
the candidates with the understanding of how to safely
handle loads.
This course covers practical aspects of lifting, lowering,
pushing and pulling.
The most common injury in the workplace is a spinal
injury resulting from incorrect manual handling. During
the course we will demonstrate ways to avoid injury
occurring from incorrect lifting techniques.
